Product Description : 3-pack 7-ounce nutrition flasks to carry carbo-gel or replacement fluids The Nathan Hydration belt came with 4 8 oz. bottles, 2 with nutrition cap and 2 with more traditional 'pull up' cap.I use the bottles mainly for running long distances (training for half-marathon). I was used to the 25 oz. Camelbak but grew tired of cleaning it and hard a hard time knowing how much water to ration on long runs. These bottles are top rack dishwasher safe.I ran 10 miles with it the first day and had no problems. They don't noticeably bounce. They are easy to pull out and put back in the holster. I use the front 2 when I am running, and then when they are empty, I easily shift them to the back and move the back (full) bottles to the front. I also use 2 for water and 2 for sports drinks on my long runs. I even ran a 5 mile race and had no issues.I find the product extremely useful for drinking fluids. I haven't tried to eat a gel yet. However, I find the nutrition cap bottles superior to the pull up and ordered 3 more.Negative: Will leak if turned upside down (e.g. when stretching but never when running) so I take off the belt while I stretch. The pull up bottle I found to leak even when running so I will only use them if I am walking. I lost half my water in the first 3 miles. Amphipod(sp?) 10oz snap on bottles will fit this belt fine. Cheaper than buying whole new setup.
